Whole lot of STOKE

It is with so much gratitude and a whole lot of STOKE that I write this, my very first blog post on my brand new website that was born of one of the many silver lining of Covid-19. For quite some time now I have felt an urge…

What People Are Saying

I’ve been seeing Sandi since 2011 when she worked in East Trail. I was born 64 years ago with spina bifida and club foot, so I am certainly a special patient to treat. Sandi is such a positive physiotherapist! I definitely needed her to help with all of my aches and pains. She encouraged me to start using a cane to improve my balance and relieve stress on my back. At first I thought that using a cane was admitting to being disabled, but I soon realized that I could get to where I needed to be with confidence and less pain at the end of the day. I really appreciate Sandi for her knowledge of my birth defect. She has given me such painless days!
Many years later, I still have occasional revisits with Sandi for adjustments that have always brought me relief from my leg and back pain. My husband has also been treated at her Rossland location with what we call Sandi’s needling sessions and it has given him a lot of relief to his narrowed discs. Staying away from surgery and seeing Sandi is a much better fit for both of us. We are so thankful that Sandi has made great efforts in fitting us into her very busy practice, whenever we need her most! We wish Sandi all the best in her continued success and we recommend her often to friends and family.

I met Sandi Jewell after a back injury that sidelined me. My accident left me very bent and in constant pain. Sandy informed me that she had completed her IMS training & would administer it to me. I got off the table that day able to stand up straight for the first time in many months. The IMS keeps the pain under control for me and I am forever grateful!

Sandi has been my physiotherapist since she arrived in Rossland about 20 years ago. During this time she has helped me with many issues, including recovery from breast cancer, 3 hip surgeries, frozen shoulder issues, and arthritis in my back, knees, and other joints. Her recommended exercises have been useful, including her healthy back exercises which I continue to use for fitness. She has always been very diligent in her treatments and has a very caring personality. We have become friends and I recommend Sandi’s expertise in physiotherapy treatment.
